Branding and collateral

The brief:
Create a brand identity for a property developer that would resonate with a young professional market. The work we did included:

• A new brand identity and brand world design
• Brochure and stationery design and print management
• Social media account set up and design

The vision was to craft a luxury and contemporary aesthetic that shouts high-end apartment living. Inspired by the tastes of young professionals, I focused on elegant, sculptural forms paired with a minimal colour palette that is luxurious and fresh. Each element was thoughtfully chosen to resonate with an audience that values both style and substance — offering a visual identity that feels elevated, current, and aspirational.

The logo uses a contemporary strong font with some adaptation. The letter “J” has a beautiful and unique letter form and I have adapted the letter “A” to represent development, standing confident and proud. A geometric pattern was created using simple triangles, which echo the development shapes used in the logo. For a tad of luxury foiling could be used throughout printed collateral.
